What RxTrail is
RxTrail shows public regulatory records (drug labels, FDA approvals and decisions, enforcement letters, guidance, clinical trial registrations and related public documents), linked to one another and each shown with its source, so you can check it against the original.
Not advice
RxTrail is a research tool. It is not regulatory, legal or medical advice. Records can contain errors or be out of date; check the original source (linked beside every record) before relying on it. Where RxTrail adds its own interpretation, such as suggested tags or proposed links, it says so.
Not affiliated with FDA
RxTrail is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the US Food and Drug Administration or any other government agency.
Access is by invitation
- Only people invited by an RxTrail admin may use it. Sign in with the email address you were invited with.
- Your account is for you alone; please do not share it.
- Access can be changed or turned off by an admin at any time.
